We want you to love your MOS pieces as much as we do. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not quite what you expected, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a replacement or refund (excluding shipping fees).
Please note: we can’t accept returns on items that have been used, assembled, or purchased on final sale.
